In this context; our relationships with our customers, official institutions and dealers with whom we cooperate are very valuable.

The continuity of the products and services we offer, the confidentiality of the information we hold, the integrity of the information assets of customers or within ourselves are of high importance.

For this purpose :

– We have established ISO 27001:2013 system, we are committed to continuously improve its effectiveness.

– We continuously review our risks and implement controls for risks above the acceptable level.

– We undertake that we will not share any information belonging to the persons and/or institutions that we provide products and/or services to third parties, and that we will create up-to-date firewalls against the attacks of malicious people who will try to access the information of these persons and/or institutions without authorisation.

– We carry out the necessary work for hardware, software, training and other controls to meet the requirements of the Personal Data Protection (KVK) Law.

– We carry out studies to increase the information security awareness of employees and to make this awareness a part of the company culture.

– We undertake to fully comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Turkey.

– The studies supporting the goals and objectives in our Information Security Policy are included in the Information Security Plan created every year, and the progress of these studies is monitored and reported throughout the year. Continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System is ensured, and activities for continuous improvement are reviewed by the management.

Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data will be processed by our Company, as the Data Controller, by using, recording and transferring your personal data within the framework described below, depending on the business purposes. In this context, in accordance with the Laws and Regulations regulated by our Company in order to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to protect personal data, our Company takes all technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data, to prevent unlawful access and to ensure its preservation.

Transfer of Personal Data;

Pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to third parties deemed necessary within the framework of the Personal Data processing conditions and purposes in order to maintain the activities of our company within the scope of the above-mentioned purposes

Your rights pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD; By applying to our Company, your personal data;

– To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,

– Do not request information if it has been processed,

– To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

– Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically,

– Request correction if incomplete / incorrectly processed,

– You have the right to request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK.

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you may submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
